“Sing to God, sing praises to his name; lift up a song to him who rides through the deserts; his name is the LORD; exult before him! Father of the fatherless and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation.” Psalm 68:4-5
When you sing a song of praise,
You are singing to God’s precious name!
When you lift up a song in His honor,
You are singing and giving Him fame!
He rides through the scorching hot deserts,
The sun does not bother His face!
Bow down because He is Holy!
Bow down your knee to His Grace!
To the boys or girls without fathers
He is the Father of all!
To the widow who needs protection,
He is the One she can call!
God is in His great Heaven!
God is on His great throne!
Lift up your head and see Glory!
His great tender mercy He’s shown!
Fun Fact: Even though God is King, He also is a tender Father.
