The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety. – Psalms 94: 22
It’s scary out there! Sometimes I’m so afraid.
Not only at what is outside but inside where I live.
I think, “Who can I run to for protection and for aid?”
Who can I trust around me? Will anyone comfort give?
Psalm 94:22 will help you find the right and narrow way
Right to the Rock that you can stand on or lean against to rest.
The Rock is firmly standing where you always live and play.
And if you seek to find Him, you will find the very best!
The Rock is Christ, our Savior, Jesus is His name!
He is so strong and mighty, none is greater than He!
Reach your arms out to Him. He will not point in shame.
Grab hold of all He has for you! His great love you’ll see!
Lean against Him lovingly and He will hold you tight.
He will always be there because He loves you so!
You can cry and talk to Him when it is darkest night
He will take you in His arms and never let you go!
Fun Fact: God never leaves you when you ask Him into your heart. (Hebrews 13:5)
Questions: Can you name some things that cause you to tremble and be afraid? Can you, or with someone’s help, write a prayer to God, your Rock, asking Him to help you with these things?
