God is always faithful but what does that mean? I think it means that no matter what we do, or don’t do, in this life He will always love us.
Does that mean then that we should just do whatever we want to do? No! God has given us life, He has given us commands for right living; He has done so many wonderful things for us that we want to honor Him by being faithful too.
Psalm 78:5-6: “He decreed statutes for Jacob and established the law in Israel, which he commanded our forefathers to teach their children, so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children. They they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deed but would keep His commands.”
God is faithful to us because we are His creation and He would never leave us alone, but are we faithful to Him?
Each day during the month of March, write down the ways that you are faithful to God on the March Calendar: Practice Faithfulness. Do you obey your parents? Do you tell others about Jesus? Do you love everyone every day?
Being faithful for us can sometimes be hard, but it is always easy for God!
“ … Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life.” Revelation 2:10
