Peanut butter, jelly, and jam!
Crunchy and toasty or buttery and smooth!
Bread is so delicious with a nice slice of ham!
With a good ham sandwich, you just can’t lose!
Most meals have bread—Breakfast and lunch.
But bread by itself just doesn’t seem right!
And dinner without it doesn’t taste much,
You always need SOMETHING to go with a slice!
Jesus spoke of bread to His disciples.
He had thanked God before He ate.
He fed the five thousand with just five pieces!
While on the side of the mountain, they sat.
Jesus spoke to Satan directly when He said
That God’s Word is our food from the start.
And that we can not live by just eating bread.
But we need God’s Holy Word in our hearts!
Fun fact: Keeping God’s Word in our hearts means reading in the Bible what God has said to us and thinking about and remembering those words so that we can live by them.
